Beads for Bubs – Shipping Policy

At Beads for Bubs, we’re committed to delivering your handcrafted items with care and efficiency. Please review our shipping details below to understand timelines and expectations.

1. Production Time

  • All products are made to order.
  • Allow up to 3 business days for us to handcraft and prepare your item(s) before dispatch. (Business days: Monday–Friday, excluding Australian public holidays.)

2. Shipping Time

  • Once dispatched, delivery is handled by Australia Post.
  • Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days within the same state in Australia (from the date of dispatch) and 4-7 business days interstate Note: These are Australia Post’s standard estimates. Delays may occur due to high volume, remote locations, or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Total Estimated Timeframe

  • From order placement to delivery: 6–10 business days (3 days production + 3–7 days shipping). Weekends and public holidays are excluded from all calculations.

4. Order Processing Cut-Off

  • Orders placed before 12 PM AEST on a business day begin production that same day.
  • Orders placed after 12 PM AEST or on weekends/public holidays begin production on the next business day.

5. Tracking & Updates

  • A tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as your order is dispatched.
  • You can track your parcel directly via the Australia Post website.

6. Shipping Destinations

  • We currently ship within Australia only using Australia Post services.
  • PO Boxes and parcel lockers are supported.

7. Shipping Costs

  • We are offering free shipping on all our orders.

8. Delays & Issues

  • While we strive to meet the above timelines, delays outside our control (e.g., Australia Post issues, customs for future international expansion, or extreme weather) may occur.
  • We are not liable for late deliveries caused by Australia Post or incorrect address details provided by the customer.

9. Address Accuracy

  • Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for items shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
